The rooms had comfy beds and the location was perfect, not far from Docklands Stadium.

The staff was especially helpful and extremely helpful at all times. The location of the hotel was exceptionally nice - not too far away from Lounge. The property was placed within 12 miles of the airport.

The rooms are neat and come with free Wi-Fi. The hotel is located close to Bourke Street which is near the train station. The food is lovely.

Convenient, comfortable, no qualms! Wifi connection was too slow, but friendly staff and nice lounge/library area with fire made up for it. The location is fantastic with a tram stop right outside. The hotel also encourages water saving measures and recycling. I'll recommend this hotel.

Great location - walking distance from station and nightlife at Crown casino. Room was well appointed by euro standards but spartan by American standards. Little extras such as coffee machine in lobby and massage chairs were appreciated.

Wifi will not work with iPhone or iPad because it relies on using a pop up window to monitor usage. Will likely become a non-problem when Apple releases OS4 for its devices. Download limits in Ausralia ensure that free wifi does not exist anywhere in public places.

The inclusion of coffee/tea makers, a fridge, and glassware in the small queen room was a nice touch. The location was magnificent and unbeatable, making it a very pleasant stay for one night. The hotel is relatively close to the city center, which was convenient for us.

Location: the hotel was just off the bus station for the bus to the airport, and all transport links. It also was very close to the Skybus terminal.

I had such a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, with Southern Cross station just a short walk away and a tram stop right outside the door. It made getting around the city so convenient and easy. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, complete with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I loved the little touches, like having a fridge, microwave, and cutlery available in the room. Plus, the bed was incredibly cozy and provided a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the excellent service from the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home.
